Did you know that in Dubai, construction is about to start on the worlds first rotating building? Believe it or not, the building when complete will have around eighty floors that will spin, but not fast enough for you to get dizzy. Power for the building will come from wind turbines which will be installed between every floor and lifts will allow penthouse residents to park their cars right in their apartments.
